It is a beautiful dress but highly recommended to try it on before purchasing. I am 130 pounds and usually wear size 4-6. I bought a size 6 and it is still too small/tight. The cut of this dress emphasizes the curves, so if you have a pear shape body silhouette, this may not look like a suit dress, but rather, a cocktail dress. Moreover, pay attention to the shoulders when trying on: I usually go for a size 6 for blazers (Vince Camuto, Brook Brothers), but the shoulders don't fit for a size 6 on me. I may have to go up a size, and have a tailor to alter the waist area.
